Hull, MA in the summer.  One of the consistently busy, but not overcrowded spots is A Street Pier, right by the the Sunset Bay Marina and the ever popular Sea Dog Brew Pub.  Hardly a day passes in the summer when Flying Hullonians hang over the dock railing to contemplate the execution of their jump.  The length of the jump depends on the height of the tide, but it is a dare regardless.
